Fixed broadband Ukrainian operators rating in II’2013: more then 7 mln. subs

E&C consulting group (www.encint.com) and Forbes summed the 1st half of 2013 of the Ukrainian market of fixed broadband Internet access. During the 1st six months of 2013 the market volume of subscribers increased by 3.7%, i.e. to 7,06 mln. subscribers. Last year it was growing a bit faster – on 6,9% in January-June 2012 (year-to-year).
Top-ten largest providers continuing to break away from their pursuers: in the first half of the year they grew almost twice faster than the market – by 5.8%. All top-10 succeed to increase the number of connections. Growth leaders – “Kyivstar” (12.5%), “Fregat” (11.7%) and “TeNet” (10.4%). The smallest increase of subscriber base had the “Triolan” – by 0.8%.

During six months there was only one change in in the top 10 providers. Kiev’s “Lanet” belonging to Victor Mazur, beated Airbites group (which combines several providers in Western Ukraine).
